+ $100 registration fee

Ages 50-64

$100 / month

+ $100 registration fee

Ages 65+

$110 / month

+ $100 registration fee

House call membership

$130 / month

+ $100 registration fee

family

​$50 / month for each additional person 3+

  • Applicable with at least 2 Adult memberships

  • Must be living in the same household

  • Not applicable to House Call memberships

$300 maximum registration fee per family
