Our Practice

This is what smart healthcare looks like. You are smart for choosing it.

Convenience & Concierge Service

We simply have more time for you. Traditionally, each primary care provider takes care of around 2000 - 3000 patients. At Smartypants Medicine, a Direct Primary Care practice, we care for around 500 patients or less. By intentional design you will have more time with your provider, more personalized care, and same day or next day acute illness visits guaranteed.

Call, text, or email - we use the latest technology to meet you where you are, figuratively or literally with house call and workplace services included with your membership. We help you navigate the complex healthcare system and provide you support if you are hospitalized or seeing a specialist. You are our priority.

Affordability & Price Transparency

As in every other industry, you deserve to know the cost before you buy goods and services; now your primary care costs are fully transparent. You know what you're getting, no surprise bills. Health insurance is great for high cost medical needs, but it needlessly complicates and drives up the cost of routine medical care. We believe healthcare should be affordable for everyone, whether you have health insurance or not. So, we designed our practice accordingly.

As members of our practice you have access to preferred pricing with local medical vendors and service providers empowering you to make healthcare decisions that fit your medical needs and financial preferences. We are committed to practicing medicine with fiscal responsibility.

Individuals & Employers

Whether you desire to make healthy lifestyle choices, minimize medications, and focus on prevention or are trying to manage chronic disease, maximize your quality of life and maintain the ability to enjoy your interests and activities - we are here for you! You will have the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have a medical professional who knows you and is accessible to you when you need it most.

Small to mid-sized employers, if you're looking for a way to control cost and limiting your medical spending - we are here for you! Partnering with our practice positions you to spend your healthcare dollars wisely and keep more of your hard earned money in your pockets. Our employer partners stand to gain improved employee satisfaction, lower health insurance claims, and lower overall healthcare spending. We provide telehealth and onsite workplace care included in the cost of membership. If you're interested in talking through how this may work for you or your business, send us an email or fill out the contact form. The conversation is free.
